Creative is an artist. Not just a painter or musician or writer… A creative is an individual. They are unique, someone who doesn’t quite fit into any box. Some think of creatives as iconoclasts; others see them as rebels.
What is a creative?
What is a Rebel?
A person who rises in opposition or armed resistance against an established government or ruler:
Why did I start calling myself a Creative Rebel?
I love photography and creating digital art in Photoshop, but that’s not all I do creative wise. I also make simple DIY crafts, paint in watercolor and acrylic, doodle, write and if I had the materials I’m sure I would use ink. I don’t stick to one medium. Yes, all of my portfolio, is done digitally on the computer. If I use any other media you can find those works in blog posts here. I stick to photography and digital work because that’s what I’m comfortable with these media. Plus there is no mess.
I don’t have a set time frame for blogging or creative art. I create or blog when I get ideas. It is as simple as that. My blog is where you will find most of my projects that I have done, where I get my ideas, how I get from point A to point B, photos that I have taken on a specific day, tips/advice. If you want to see my current ideas or where my creative skills are now, check out my Instagram.
I definitely don’t have a niche, that’s one reason why I started to call myself a creative rebel. With this title, I can do my own thing while still working with clients.
My name is unique, my style represents me and my way of working is far from cohesive. I have heard that you need a cohesive style and schedule to be a successful artist….. I’m an artist and I want to break that stereotype!
